OpenYoga ist die Idee, Yoga in Zürich an einem aussergewöhnlichen Ort zu praktizieren. Einen ganz besonderen Energie-Raum findet man in der offenen Kirche St. Jakob am Stauffacher. OpenYoga als das monatliche Highlight soll ein bewegtes Yoga mit Begegnung Atmosphäre und Freude an der eigenen Praxis sein. Eine Veranstaltung in der, unabhängig, ob Anfänger oder Geübte, man sich der jeweiligen Situation respektvoll nähert.

Leider bin ich Montags jeweils selber am “Yogieren” und möchte meine Leute nicht im Stich lassen. Finde die Idee aber sehr spannend und toll und würde mich über Kommentare von euch freuen.

Hi Christa,
Sorry forgot the cash for the blocks. The blocks are great. I do not think you should have to keep track of these things — I just forgot to load up with money. I will tie a string around my finger to remember for Thursday.
By the way, here is a very famous Englische Spruch: “A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.”
I have never liked this Spruch. It means that what you can get right away is better than hoping.
Now today in Yoga I learned that a bird in the hand can be exactly what stops you from reaching for the sky.
